What do we need to secure our date?

The first step is getting to know each other and check if we will make a good team together.
Your date is secure after signing a contract and receiving a 30% deposit of your total quote.
Please get in with us (give us a call, send an email or even a whatsapp) to schedule a video call or let’s meet for cup of coffee.

Are there differences in hiring you directly or through other vendors?

We have some partnerships with other vendors, and they may or may not be authorized to sell our services directly. In general, there are often differences, including overall experience quality, service quality, and the quality of albums and other printed materials provided.

How do I know I'm hiring you directly?

If you have always spoken with Miguel, received emails before hiring from the email addresses: [email protected], and have a signed contract by Miguel, then you have hired us directly and will benefit from our full experience.

Do you make pre-bookings for dates?

No. We operate on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
The first client who wishes to book will secure their date with us.

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as possible!
To provide the experience our clients deserve, we can only photograph a very limited number of weddings each year. We could quickly run out of availability in our schedule!

Most of our clients book their date with a lead time of 18 to 12 months.

But don't hesitate to contact us!
We may still have a few dates available.

Who will be our photographer in our wedding day?

All the photos you can see on this website are captured by Miguel.
For us, it doesn't make sense for a client to fall in love with a photographer's work and, as is a common practice in Portugal, another photographer shows up on the wedding day!

Therefore, by hiring us directly, you will always have the guarantee that your wedding will be photographed by Miguel and his team.

Do you travel outside your area?

Yes.
We work nation wide, from north to south, and frequently travel abroad. 

For distances exceeding 100km (60 miles) from Lisbon, there may be some travel costs.
Please get in touch for an accurate estimate.

How many photos will be delivered?

We deliver as many photos as we need to tell the story of your wedding day. :)
We don't like to limit our clients with restrictions, so there's no fixed number.
However, you can expect around 80 to 100 photos per hour of coverage.

Are all photos edited?

Yes, all your photos will be meticulously edited.
Colors will be corrected, and minor imperfections will be addressed.
Our editing style focuses on natural, balanced color, and, of course, a lot of black and white.
We ensure that this is the best way to guarate that many years from now, you won't get tired of your photos, which may not be the case with other color styles that may go out of fashion.

What is your delivery time?

Our delivery time is very short.
It's a commitment we take pride in maintaining.

For digital photo files, it's 7 to 15 days;
For albums and other printed art (Art Box, Wall Art), 15 days after your approval.

Do you take formal photos with all family and friends?

It's your wedding, it's your decision!
By default, we capture formal photos with the closest family (grandparents, parents, siblings, etc.) only.
We prefer to focus on you, your celebration, and your interaction with guests.
So, we free you up for what really matters: Enjoy your wedding day with your friends and family

If you decide that you want to take traditional photos with all your guests, don't worry, we are very quick, and we have several ways to do it without being tedious.

Do your printed products have a warranty?

We only work with the best album producers, providing only top-quality materials.
So, we only provide top-quality materials!
For albums and printed products, we offer a 5-year warranty with a no-discussion policy.
