ENGAGEMENT Photoshoot | LISBON | FINE ART STYLERita and Gonçalo are one of those couples whose energy immediately fills our lens. Stunning and with an incredibly cool and relaxed look, they chose to spend a late afternoon with us in Lisbon for their engagement (or pre-wedding) session. Our mixed approach, which blends the rawness of documentary photography with fine art aesthetics, found in them the perfect canvas to build a visual narrative full of style, light, and deep meaning.
The Oasis of Vandelli’s Botanical Garden
We began our afternoon exploring the romantic paths and exotic foliage of Jardim Botânico Vandelli. The organic light filtering through the greenery created an intimate and cinematic atmosphere. Without forced poses, we let Rita and Gonçalo’s natural style and undeniable chemistry speak for themselves. The result? Relaxed portraits that look like they belong in a magazine, yet carry all the truth of a couple in love.
Golden Hour and Student Memories
As the sun began to set, we went in search of that wonderful end-of-day light. The destination was not chosen by chance: we headed to the Belém waterfront, right in front of the Tagus River. This was exactly where Rita and Gonçalo used to hang out after class when their love story was just taking its first steps. Returning to this spot, now on their way to the altar and bathed in an absolutely perfect golden hour, brought a beautiful emotional weight to the session. We closed the day with memories, smiles, and unforgettable photographs.
