They decided to celebrate their wedding in the Palmela area, where the bride’s family is originally from. However, before that big day, they challenged us to create their first visual memories in an epic engagement (or pre-wedding) session. The chosen location was the impressive Ursa Beach (Praia da Ursa), hidden near Cabo da Roca on the coastal border between Cascais and Sintra.
The Adventure Toward an Idyllic Beach
Descending to Ursa Beach is an adventure in itself, requiring a free spirit and a desire to explore. And that was exactly the commitment this couple offered us! As we stepped onto the sands of this idyllic beach, we were greeted by breathtaking scenery: a near-deserted haven, protected by dramatic cliffs and punctuated by iconic sea stacks. A truly untouched paradise, perfect for our organic and fine art aesthetic.
Magic Light and Pure Complicity
On this afternoon, everything aligned in our favor. The late-day light was absolutely incredible, breaking through the coastal mist and adding a magical, cinematic touch to every image. Without forced poses, we focused our documentary lens on the fantastic complicity between Daniela and Francisco. Casual smiles, salt-tinged hair, and raw romance by the sea resulted in photographs where truth and beauty go hand in hand.
